Top Brisbane office dominates commercial property awards

Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North was a big winner at Tuesday night’s Raine & Horne National Awards, held at the Pullman International, Cairns.
Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North, which is led by Principal Trent Bruce, was named as Raine & Horne’s best commercial office for 2014/15.
Mr Bruce was also named as Raine & Horne Commercial’s Top National Salesperson for dollar value. In addition, Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North’s Hudson Dale secured the gong as the national network’s best Commercial Salesperson for number of leasing transactions.
However, Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North was forced to share the limelight with fellow Queensland office, Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane Southside.
The Rocklea-based office’s Colin Tucker was named Raine & Horne Commercial’s Top National Salesperson for number of sales, while Paul Flego grabbed first in the Commercial Salesperson (Leasing Dollar Value) category.
In a popular win, Luke Smith, Co-Principal of Raine & Horne Commercial South Sydney/Marrickville, was named Top National Commercial Salesperson (Auction Listings).
“I was blown away to win this award given the calibre of some of the agents in the Raine & Horne Commercial network,” said Mr Smith.
“It’s exciting to win this award and I’d like to share the limelight with the dedicated and hardworking team at Raine & Horne Commercial South Sydney/Marrickville.”
The award also recognises the strength of the commercial property markets in Sydney’s Inner West and the industrial sector in particular, according to Mr Smith.
