Jane Street Upgrade
Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith support the proposed government funded Jane Street extension. $70 million has been allocated which will
alleviate congestion and improve traffic flow along Mulgoa Road and Castlereagh Road.
The primary aims of the project are to reduce this traffic congestion and provide increased capacity to cater for forecast transport growth to 2039.
Gavin Shatford, Manager Sales & Leasing said “works like this are a positive step forward for the Greater Penrith Region. This major arterial road upgrade will allow smoother traffic movement for commercial and industrial users travelling from the M4 Motorway through to the North Penrith Industrial precinct”.
