Raine & Horne South Australia Awards for Excellence attendance jumps 25% as network celebrates top performers

Strathalbyn office puts in a strong award-winning showing as sales, property management, and commercial teams are recognised.

Highlights:

  • Raine & Horne’s South Australia office network celebrated its biggest stars at the 2025 South Australian Awards held at SkyCity Adelaide, with attendance up 25% on last year, highlighting the network’s growing momentum across the state.
  • Raine & Horne Strathalbyn was one of the awards event’s standout offices, winning Top Office for Sales GCI and Top Rural Office Largest Sale/Auction, while principal Nick Grosvenor secured Top Principal for both Sales GCI and Number of Sales Transactions.
  • In the individual sales agent categories, Raine & Horne Murraylands’ Michael Cox dominated, winning both the Top Salesperson for Sales GCI and Number of Sales Transactions awards.

Adelaide, SA (16 March 2026): Iconic real estate group Raine & Horne recognised the best and brightest in its South Australian network at the 2025 State Awards, held at the glittering SkyCity Adelaide.

With strong attendance, 25% higher than last year, the event was MC’d by Bill Dimou, SA Network Performance Manager for Raine & Horne, and it acknowledged the top-performing offices and individuals in residential sales, rural property, commercial real estate, property management and administration.

Among the evening’s outstanding performers was the team at Raine & Horne Strathalbyn, led by Nick Grosvenor, Brendan Saunders and Paul Clifford. The Strathalbyn business secured the prestigious Top Office for Sales GCI. Individually, Mr Grosvenor enjoyed a stellar night, winning Top Principal for both Sales GCI and Number of Sales Transactions.

Raine & Horne Strathalbyn also won the Top Rural Office Largest Sale/Auction category. The star office’s rising talent was also recognised, with Christie Thornton named Best New Talent – Salespeople.

Raine & Horne Murraylands, led by John DeMichele, landed the Top Office for the number of Sales Transactions. In the residential sales category, the impressive Michael Cox of Raine & Horne Murraylands delivered an exceptional performance, taking out Top Salesperson for both Sales GCI and Number of Sales Transactions.

Meanwhile, Marlene Small of Raine & Horne Unley was recognised for completing the Highest Residential Sales Transaction. The Unley office’s Co-Principal, Con Pappas, was awarded Top Auction Salesperson (Residential). Raine & Horne Unley, which is also led by Jacky Yang, landed the Auction Shield (Metropolitan) award. 

The SA awards also highlighted excellence in property management.

Raine & Horne Gawler | Munno Para | Salisbury, led by Gwen Levesque, secured Top Property Management Office and Outstanding Property Management Office (Large), while Raine & Horne Unley took the title as the network’s Outstanding Property Management Office (Small).

Henry Cahillane of Raine & Horne Murraylands was named Outstanding Property Manager, and Madee Shelley of Raine & Horne Gawler | Munno Para | Salisbury scored first in the Best New Talent – Property Management category.

In the commercial real estate categories, Raine & Horne Commercial SA and Raine & Horne Business Sales delivered a strong showing, including David Ente named Top Commercial Salesperson for Highest Transaction, Top Commercial Sales Agent (Sales GCI) and Top Commercial Sales Agent (Number of Sales Transactions).

Michael Kourbelis from Raine & Horne Commercial SA and Business Sales secured the top position for Commercial Leasing Agent for Dollar Value and Number of Transactions.

The awards also recognised the vital contribution of office and administrative teams. Meaghan Watkins (Raine & Horne Murraylands) received the Outstanding Office Support – Residential award, while Rachel Lawson from Raine & Horne Commercial and Business Sales was named Outstanding Office Support – Commercial.
