Burgo and 6IX move into new commercial digs

Leading Perth radio station 6IX is one of four new anchor tenants in a modern office building on the corner of King Edward Road and Collingwood Street in Osborne Park.

“The high-spec modern building is owned by syndicate property group, Scope Property, and has been partly leased to broadcaster Radio 6IX on a ten-year lease,” says leasing agent Terry Menage, Director, Raine & Horne Commercial WA.

6IX is renowned for playing classic music and for a talent line-up led by former Wheel of Fortune host, John Burgess.

Other tenants include Surgical House, which is the major tenant. A leading distributor of medical equipment, Surgical House has shifted its operation to the CBD after a 40-year stint in Leederville.

“The building was purpose-built for manufacturer Novotec, who has recently consolidated its operation elsewhere,” added Mr Menage.
