At our very first meeting with Mark, it was clearly evident that we were dealing with someone that we could trust to deliver the outcomes we were seeking from the sale of our factory unit.
Mark took into consideration our circumstances, and based on this, worked out the best way to market the property. Mark’s knowledge of the market and advice re timing / price guide related to our sale was spot on. I was totally impressed that Mark did not want to rush straight to market for a quick sale but to hold off until the factory unit was able to be presented better in order to achieve the best possible price. The highest end of the price guide Mark gave us at our very first meeting to our delight was achieved.
Nothing was ever to much trouble for Mark, from dropping everything to go into the city to pick up keys to organising trades to clean up rubbish left behind by previous tenants. Mark was excellent with his communication, he kept us in the loop every step of the way and followed up on each request as promised. Mark was extremely professional throughout all our dealings and went above and beyond in our expectations of a sales agent. As a result, to say we are extremely happy with the outcome is an understatement, we were ECSTATIC.
