Raine & Horne appoints Stephanie Wong to lead new national talent function

June 17, 2026

Raine & Horne has appointed experienced talent executive Stephanie Wong to lead its newly established national Talent function, a key pillar of the group’s Align & Accelerate growth strategy.

The appointment represents a strategic step in aligning the iconic real estate brand’s people, performance and network expansion goals, with the centralised function designed to accelerate recruitment outcomes, strengthen retention and enhance the brand’s employer value proposition.

Chris Nicholl, CEO of Raine & Horne, said talent is one of the most important drivers of long-term success across the rapidly expanding network.

“Talent is the single most important driver of growth in our network,” said Mr Nicholl. “Our ability to attract, develop and retain high-performing people directly impacts office performance and profitability, market positioning, brand strength, franchise growth, culture and long-term enterprise value”.

The new Talent platform will streamline and accelerate recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire and costs, while supporting principals and other leaders to attract and retain top-performing agents and property professionals.

Mr Nicholl said the appointment of Ms Wong reflects Raine & Horne’s commitment to investing in people and building a high-performance culture.

“Stephanie brings deep expertise in real estate recruitment across Australia and the Asia Pacific, most recently as a Vice President at a global executive search firm specialising in real estate and investment management,” he said.

“Her appointment allows us to take a more coordinated, national approach to talent recruitment and retention, while supporting our offices with better systems, stronger pipelines and a clearer employer value proposition.”

In her new role, Ms Wong will lead the development of the centralised Talent function that partners closely with network offices to:

  • Recruit high-quality talent
  • Build and manage a national talent pipeline of candidates
  • Establish best-practice recruitment processes, systems and collateral

Ms Wong’s background includes working closely with senior executives and organisations across property, funds management and capital markets, delivering high-impact recruitment outcomes and building scalable talent pipelines.

Her background also included founding and scaling a boutique recruitment Advisory business, which gives Ms Wong a highly practical, outcomes-driven approach to delivering recruitment and retention results.

Mr Nicholl said the new function will play a central role in supporting the group’s long-term growth ambitions.

“As we continue to grow our network, having a centralised, best-in-class Talent function is critical,” he said.

“This initiative will help our principals and leaders attract the right people faster, improve retention and ultimately deliver better outcomes for our principals and their offices.”
