2016 was an exciting year for Raine & Horne Commercial WA with celebration of the ten year anniversary of the business and a brand new office which we moved into in December.
Over the past decade our commercial property organisation has grown exponentially and organically and as a result we outgrew our premises in Hay Street Subiaco.
Our new office is located on the ground floor of the ‘Urban on Cambridge’ development by QUBE Property at 334 Cambridge Street Wembley. The modern office is brand new and has been designed to suit the needs of the business and to allow for future growth and expansion.
Wembley was chosen as the location for the new premises as it is very accessible being only a 15 minute drive from the CBD with easy connections to public transport and plenty of surrounding amenity. We are just a stones throw from The Wembley Hotel, a large IGA supermarket and a wide range of cafes and restaurants.
