Vivian has been a part of the Raine & Horne Commercial team since May 2001.  In her role, she is responsible for the successful operation of the trust account system, which includes supervision of accounts payable and receivable.  Her responsibilities also extend to monthly reporting for property managers and owners.

In addition to managing the trust account system, Vivian is also responsible for control of rental collection. Working closely with the senior property managers and property owners, she proactively controls the arrears levels.

Displaying dedication and a strong work ethic, she is a well-liked and respected team member who constantly receives complimentary feedback from our clients.
