Shopping Centre Coordinator

Victoria is an integral member of the Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith team, having joined us in May 2022 as Assistant to the Head of the Retail Asset Management Department. Her hard work has been rewarded and Victoria has recently been promoted to the role of Shopping Centre Coordinator.  With six years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Victoria possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in commercial contracts and retail leasing.

Prior to joining our team, Victoria served as a Team Assistant to the Capital Transactions Team and CLW Fund at Charter Hall. In this role, she played a crucial part in coordinating document execution for all transactions, as well as preparing fund reports and Board papers. Her attention to detail and meticulous approach ensured the smooth operation of these critical processes.

Victoria's experience also extends to her previous position at HCF, where she served as a Leasing Administrator. In this role, she successfully managed all aspects of casual leasing and lease renewals, showcasing her proficiency in overseeing lease-related matters with precision and efficiency.

Victoria takes pride in her exceptional organisational skills, which allow her to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and meet deadlines consistently. Her ability to stay organised and maintain meticulous records ensures that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
