Rebecca has been an integral part of the Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith team since June 2021.  Before joining our company, Rebecca utilised her skills and expertise in a commercial and industrial construction and project company.

Rebecca's profound interest in real estate, combined with her extensive 20-year administration background, positions her as a valuable asset to our team. Her experience and meticulous attention to detail ensures smooth operations and efficient support for the entire organisation.

In her role as Shopping Centre Coordinator, Rebecca undertakes various responsibilities that contribute to the success of our managed centres. 

Rebecca assumes various responsibilities that provide for the smooth operation of the centre. This includes assisting in the preparation of budgets, lease administration, conducting outgoings audits, handling end-of-month reporting and managing the calculation and invoicing of rents. Moreover, Rebecca excels in tenant liaison, ensuring effective communication and fostering positive relationships.

Rebecca's professional qualifications further attest to her dedication and competence. She holds a Class 2 Licensed Real Estate Agent certification, underscoring her commitment to upholding industry standards and providing exceptional service to our clients. Additionally, Rebecca has obtained her Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS).
