Michelle Mifsud

Michelle brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Asset Manager.  With a strong background in the real estate industry, she has consistently demonstrated professionalism and dedication throughout her career.

Michelle began her journey in real estate in 2011, initially serving as a receptionist and bookkeeper. Over time, she expanded her skill set and transitioned into property management, specialising in commercial, industrial and retail properties. During this period, she also gained valuable experience in trust accounting, ensuring accurate financial management for the properties under her care.

Having spent over a decade at another commercial real estate agency, Michelle developed a solid foundation in the industry. Her time there allowed her to sharpen her knowledge and expertise, becoming well-versed in real estate operations, industry regulations and best practices.

In February 2023, Michelle joined our team at Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith, bringing her extensive experience and passion for real estate to our company. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities make her an invaluable asset to the team.

With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Michelle effectively interacts with clients, tenants and colleagues alike. Her problem-solving abilities, honed through years of experience in property management, ensure that any challenges are met head-on and resolved efficiently.
