Luke Henry

Luke Henry is our National Retail Leasing Manager, responsible for overseeing all retail leasing across our managed centres in New South Wales and Queensland.  

Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and is currently advancing his expertise through an MBA program. He brings a unique blend of global experience and strong commercial acumen to the team, having spent the past six years with leading new energy companies Tesla and CATL in roles spanning sales, business development and account management.

During his three years with Tesla’s charging team, Luke played a pivotal role in expanding the charging network across Australia and New Zealand. He successfully negotiated and delivered commercial property agreements with a wide range of industry-leading organisations including publicly listed REITs, leading property developers such as Meriton, iconic Australian companies including Endeavour Group, high-net-worth individuals, and local councils across Australia and New Zealand.

Luke’s expertise lies in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, relationship management and communication, making him well-positioned to strengthen our retail leasing portfolio and deliver value for both landlords and tenants. His global perspective and proven ability to manage complex commercial partnerships bring a fresh, results-driven approach to retail leasing at Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith.
