Kiara Tatum

Kiara joined the Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith team in January 2023 as a Receptionist. Since joining our team, Kiara has shown exceptional promise and a remarkable ability to learn quickly and has now been promoted to the role of Sales, Leasing & Marketing Assistant.

In her capacity as the Sales, Leasing & Marketing Assistant, Kiara plays a pivotal role in the success of our team. Focused on real estate and shopping centre portfolios, she thrives in executing strategic marketing initiatives. A versatile professional, Kiara is eager to learn and grow within the realms of commercial real estate sales, leasing and marketing.

Kiara's duties span various domains, from collaborating with the marketing team to uphold brand integrity across all channels to implementing innovative marketing programs for shopping centres. Kiara also assists the sales and leasing team with their Blue Mountains property portfolio.  

Her proactive approach extends to managing website content, participating in community events, and nurturing relationships with local media and community groups.  She holds an Assistant Agent Licence and is currently completing studies for her Class 2 Real Estate Licence.

Kiara’s ability to adapt and excel in various tasks, coupled with her enthusiasm and commitment to continuous growth, demonstrates her potential within our organisation.
