John is a highly qualified and accomplished professional in the real estate industry. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the Australian Property Institute (API). John's educational background includes two degrees obtained from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He holds a Bachelor of Business (BBus) degree with a specialisation in Finance and Economics as well as a Master of Property Development (MProDev) degree which he graduated from with distinction.

With a career spanning several years John initiated his journey in the property sector back in 2017 at Raine & Horne Commercial Macarthur. He assumed the role of Sales and Leasing Executive, where he successfully facilitated transactions across various commercial asset classes. Additionally, John actively contributed to the Property Management Department providing valuable assistance.

In March 2021 John joined Vicinity Centres (VCX), a prominent real estate investment trust, managing a portfolio of 60 shopping centres throughout Australia. Initially appointed as a Retail Coordinator, John rapidly ascended the ranks and was promoted to the position of Retail Manager for Vicinity's Bankstown Central asset. In this role he oversaw the daily management activities, played a key role in a significant redevelopment project, consistently surpassed financial targets, successfully negotiated over 150 COVID-19 rent relief agreements and maintained effective communication with the joint venture partner.

In August 2022 John transitioned to Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith assuming the position of Director of the Sales and Leasing Department. In this capacity he leads the Department with expertise and ensures the successful execution of sales and leasing operations.
