Daniel Sutton

With over 25 years of experience in asset management across all asset classes both in Australia and overseas, Daniel brings unparalleled expertise to his role as Director and Head of Asset Management at Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith. 

His career includes leadership roles such as Centre Manager at Chadstone Shopping Centre, Australia's largest and best performing retail asset, and General Management roles at leading Australian property companies including Colonial First State Global Asset Management (owned by the CBA), Federation Centres and Vicinity Centres.  Daniel's experience includes management of commercial and retail assets across all Australian states along with international shopping mall experience as the Director of Asset Management for Nakheel, the sovereign fund of Dubai.

Daniel is experienced in all asset management disciplines including asset and property management, leasing and development. This experience coupled with his deep understanding of commercial and retail legislation, strategic planning and financial acumen leads to superior sustainable economic results. 

Daniel’s deep technical experience, combined with his high performing leadership capabilities and extensive network of industry professionals, make him a driving force at Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith, committed to achieving exceptional commercial outcomes and fostering sustained growth.

In addition, Daniel's industry knowledge and reputation has resulted in his involvement in a number of industry bodies and events including past chairperson and committee member of the Retail Committee of the Property Council of Australia, presenter and facilitator at a number of Property Council events and participating member and mentor in the PCA "500 Women in Property" program designed to accelerate talent into leadership roles within the industry.
