Lee brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as the Arrears and Systems Manager at Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith. With a respected career spanning over three decades, Lee has established himself as a highly skilled professional within the commercial real estate industry.

Lee's qualifications include an Associate Diploma in Business (Valuation) and accreditation as a Certified Property Manager by the Property Council of Australia. Additionally, he holds a license as a Real Estate Agent, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence and professional development.

Prior to joining Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith in 2002, Lee enjoyed a long and successful tenure at the Commonwealth Bank. During his time there, he gained extensive experience across various areas, including retail banking, finance, credit control, training, administration, strategic planning and corporate real estate. Notably, Lee excelled as a project manager, overseeing multiple refurbishments, upgrades, tenancy fit outs and relocations within the bank's head office buildings across Australia.

With a strong track record of over 15 years managing the Asset Management team at Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith, Lee possesses the expertise to effectively handle a large portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties. He utilises his credit management skills to minimise the level of rent arrears across the portfolio, ensuring efficient financial operations and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.

As the Arrears and Systems Manager, Lee plays a pivotal role in developing new, and improving existing, business systems and processes within the company. His keen eye for detail and analytical mindset enables him to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions, streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency.
