Prior to his successful career in commercial real estate, John dedicated two and a half decades of his professional life to various roles within the New South Wales Government. During his last five years in the State Government, he held several senior management positions, demonstrating his exceptional leadership and organisational skills.

In 1994, John made a strategic decision that would shape his career, joining the esteemed team at Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith. Today, John serves as a Strategic Asset Planner, focusing on all commercial property occupiers, but with a particular passion for the dynamic and ever-growing medical and healthcare Industries. Leveraging his in-depth knowledge of the market and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service, John has earned a well-deserved reputation for consistently delivering outstanding results to his valued clients.

Recognised for his contributions and expertise, John was invited to join the Penrith City Centre Association in 1996. He assumed the position of Chairperson for a remarkable five-year tenure, during which he actively contributed to the association's growth and development. Alongside his commitment to growing the sales and leasing department, John has cultivated expertise in project leasing and holds a license as a Real Estate Agent. His passion for the industry and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our team.
