Kate has completed her certificate IV in Property Services with auctioneer accreditations.

After commencing her real estate career in 2003 she has gained knowledge and experience in property management, sales, leasing and accounting.  Her time in the industry has seen her successfully manage property portfolios in the areas of commercial, industrial and retail.

She has an ability to foster strong ongoing business relationships and has developed into a well-known, well-respected commercial property manager.

Kate has effectively managed a range of landlord and tenant services including leasing, accounting (including outgoings budgets and reconciliations), repairs and maintenance, negotiations and general administration.

Properties currently managed by Kate include, Claremont Meadows Shopping Centre, Town Plaza Springwood, Aspects of Leura and Caltex Service Station/Motel at Yetholme.
