Prior to working in commercial real estate John spent 26 years in State Government. In his last 5 years with the Government John filled a number of senior management positions including Facilities Manager, being responsible for the total management of 278 Railway Stations, and State Marketing Manager.  During 1989 John sought a career change and commenced work as a Senior Property Manager with a leading commercial real estate agent in Penrith.

Since that date John has continued work as a leasing and property consultant in Penrith. With demonstrated experience and local knowledge John was asked to join the Penrith City Centre Association in 1996, and filled the position as Chair for five years.

John is now employed on a part time basis with Raine & Horne Commercial and has taken an active role of adding new growth to the property management department in addition to project leasing of new developments and the pre lease of new multi-level commercial buildings in the CBD.
