Colin is a licensed Real Estate Agent (with Auctioneer qualifications), Strata Managing Agent, Business Agent, Stock and Station Agent and a Registered Valuer (No. 2769), an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (AREI), an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), a Certified Property Practitioner (CPP) and an Accredited Commercial Specialist with the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales and has over thirty years experience in real estate sales, leasing and management.

For the calendar year 2010 Colin was recognised as the No. 1 commercial salesperson in the NSW/ACT network of Raine and Horne Commercial and was also inducted into their Chairman’s Club which is an elite group consisting of outstanding sales performers in the Raine & Horne network.

Colin has negotiated many significant sales and leases throughout the greater Sydney area and consults with the heads of major corporations, public institutions and regulatory authorities on a daily basis.
