Lee holds an Associate Diploma in Business (Valuation), is accredited as a Certified Property Manager by the Property Council of Australia and holds a Certificate of Registration for the Property Stock and Business Agents Regulation 2014.

Prior to joining Raine & Horne Commercial in 2002, Lee spent over twenty years in the Commonwealth Bank’s Corporate Real Estate Division.  During that time, Lee either drove or participated in most of the strategic initiatives undertaken by the Bank’s Property Group.  As well as managing the Bank’s freehold and leasehold portfolio, Lee managed sale and leaseback programs, annual revaluations, income and expenditure budgets and many major refurbishment and infrastructure upgrade projects.

In addition to managing the Property Management team, Lee manages a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties.

Lee’s strengths are his vast knowledge and his extensive experience in project management, property management, asset management, maintenance contracts, lease negotiation and strategic planning.
