Since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 1984, Duarte Figueira has become a trusted industry leader and Director of Commercial & Industrial Sales & Leasing at Raine & Horne Commercial Parramatta.

Before establishing his own business, Duarte held senior roles with several national real estate brands. He co-founded Raine & Horne Commercial Olympic Park with his business partner, Christian Cirillo, in 2010.

In 2017, Duarte and Christian acquired Raine & Horne Commercial Parramatta, seamlessly integrating the Olympic Park business into the Parramatta office.

Duarte specialises in marketing property for sales & leasing, value-adding strategies, lease packaging, and site identification for major ‘Design and Construct’ projects. He has successfully managed large-scale commercial sales and leasing transactions on behalf of private investors, institutions, and government agencies.

Recognised as an industry leader, Duarte combines his extensive market knowledge and client-focused approach to consistently deliver outstanding results across Sydney’s industrial and commercial and residential property sectors.
