Philip Grove

Originally from the UK, Phil migrated to Perth in the early eighties and has spent his career across the real estate, conveyancing and recruitment sectors, also running his own successful recruitment business for over 10 years.

With skills developed from these experiences, he believes that in business it is all about the people, the relationship and trust that is built over time, and relishes being a part of that growth at both a personal and business level.

His current role sees him supporting a number of our metro and regional offices across WA. Phil combines his experience and knowledge within a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a great understanding of what's required to thrive in the everchanging real estate landscape. He is committed to supporting our offices and guiding them to establish the right systems, culture and relationships.

At the community level he has been involved with Rugby Union and was previous President of the UWA Junior Rugby Club for a number of years. With three teenage sons he remains a keen fan of both rugby and AFL.
