Karen is a highly experienced professional with an impressive 21-year tenure in the commercial real estate industry. Throughout her career Karen has specialised in all aspects of Commercial Asset Management and Commercial Leasing.

Karen initially joined the team at Raine & Horne Commercial Macarthur in 2015 as an Asset Manager, during this time Karen successfully managed all aspects of Commercial, Retail, and Industrial portfolios, where she now holds the position of Head of the Asset Management Department. 

Karen has lived, worked, and volunteered in the Macarthur Region for over 15 years that emphasise her deep connection, love, and vast knowledge within the community.

In her current role Karen’s responsibilities encompass the comprehensive management of numerous Retail, Commercial & industrial properties across the Macarthur region and beyond. Her day-to-day activities involve close collaboration with landlords, tenants, centre managers and support staff ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

Karen’s hands-on approach to management has enabled her to develop an intricate understanding of every aspect of the role. Her extensive experience in financial reporting, operational functions, tenant performance, lease negotiations equip her to establish investment strategies.

Renowned for her professionalism and strong work ethic Karen has earned a stellar reputation in the industry. She possesses exceptional communication and problem-solving skills allowing her to establish and maintain robust working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Karen’s outstanding contributions to the field have been recognised through accolades such as the prestigious 2024 Property Manager of the Year - Commercial award at the Raine & Horne Commercial NSW State Awards. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, demonstrating her commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
