I have worked with Daniel Krobot (Daniel) and his team in respect to the sale of my factory in Minto NSW. The approach to market was suggested by Daniel, prior to me appointing Raine and Horne Macarthur to manage the sale. The sales approach was cost effective and resulted in the desired outcome. I was further guided by Daniel on how I should prepare the factory for sale and I followed his advice to the letter. In essence, present the factory in his current good condition as purchaser will have his own views on what he might want to do with the property looking forward. The factory was used as a manufacturing hub for medium to heavy electrical equipment with a comprehensive range of manufacturing tools. Removing the manufacturing equipment, mezzanine floor, stock and work in progress was quite a project in itself. Coordination between the purchaser and me through Daniel, and the excellent work by the outgoing tenant’s team with the removal of plant, equipment, stock and finally cleaning the premises resulted in the work being completed in the agreed timeline. Settlement was completed on the planned date. Clearly, Raine and Horne Commercial, Macarthur, are a very professional business with a thorough knowledge of the market and based on my experience have no hesitation in recommending them-five stars plus.
