David Task - Sales & Leasing Executive

As one of our most senior commercial property sales and leasing negotiators, David offers our clients his highly developed knowledge of the commercial and industrial markets.  David has strong negotiating organisational and problem solving skills.

 Along with his sales and marketing skills, David possesses an excellent working knowledge of construction methods and costs, building design and layout, town planning issues and development feasibility calculations.  These skills allow David to be able to offer practical advice on the best approach to deal with his clients’ property requirements.

 In the 30 years David has been involved in the real estate industry he has successfully undertaken many marketing assignments on behalf of clients for a variety of real estate including –

 -          Major industrial land Sales Administration

-          Sales and leasing marketing of a variety of retail, office and industrial and commercial properties

-          Lease negotiations for design and construct projects
