Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, nurture, and convert new business opportunities
• Manage end-to-end property sales campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community
• Deliver exceptional client experiences from appraisal through to settlement
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and local activity
• Represent the Raine & Horne brand with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in residential real estate sales
• Strong understanding of the Bacchus Marsh & Western part of Melbourne Market.
• Proven track record in listings and sales
• Confident prospecting and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and career-driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Current Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration)
