Financial Year Review and Update - July 2016

The end of the financial year has occurred we have taken the time to review what has been an outstanding period for Raine and Horne Commercial Port Macquarie and for our clients.

During 2015/2016 we have negotiated and finalises the sale of over $30 million dollars’ worth of commercial property with some of the more notable sales in this period including;

·                77 Lake Road – Owner occupier sale

·                54 Horton Street – Investor sale

·                4 & 5, 12 Highfields Circuit – Owner occupier sale

·                99 Hastings River Drive - Investor sale

·                75 Hastings River Drive – Investor sale

·                14 High Street – Investor sale

·                20 Acacia Ave – 7 Strata industrial units – Owner occupier sale

·                4 Bolwarra Road - Investor sale

 One very interesting result was revealed when we reviewed the recorded sales through RP data Pty Ltd for the Port Macquarie and Wauchope markets. RP data reports that around 68 commercial/industrial sales approx. have occurred this past financial year, and of these sales, Raine and Horne Commercial Port Macquarie have negotiated more sales for more properties than every one of our competitors all combined. This is a fantastic result and reinforces the successful way in which Raine and Horne commercial conduct business.

Added to this, we have created over 100 Leasing transactions this financial year which correlates to over $2 million dollars of annual rental negotiations on behalf of our clients.  We are very pleased to have been able to deliver this outstanding result to our clients.

This year our office has reached a couple of milestones as a business, being 15 years that both Graeme Garrett and Luke Horton have been working together as team, and 10 years as the Raine and Horne Commercial Port Macquarie franchise operators. Not only has the property sales and leasing aspects of our business continued to grow, but our property management department has expanded considerable over the past 10 years. Many of you would not be aware, but in the past 19 years, Raine and Horne Commercial Port Macquarie have absorbed three separate commercial rental rolls including Elders Commercial and more recently Port Property Services.

Our business has continued to grow from strength to strength as a result of the application of refined negotiation techniques, extensive market knowledge and simple hard work.

We thank all our previous and current clients for their business and look forward to another amazing and fruitful 2016/2017.
