Nina Li is a self-motivated and enthusiastic team player with a proven track record in commercial property management, Nina's professional journey is marked by dedication, innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Her unique blend of skills, experience, and a positive attitude makes her a valuable asset to the Raine & Horne Commercial team.

With years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Nina has honed her expertise in overseeing a varied portfolio of commercial properties and has managed over 140 tenant portfolios in the Canberra region, including preparing budgets, overseeing repairs, and maintaining transparent communication with property owners.

Nina holds a Master of Marketing from RMIT University, and a Bachelor of Business English from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. She is now also a registered Real Estate Agent. Her academic achievements reflect her dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nina is a charismatic and multi-talented individual with diverse interests. She is also an advanced piano player for over 20 years. Notably, she was crowned Miss Australia Chinese Pageant 2021 Canberra Region.
