Brooke Scanlan

Brooke joined Raine & Horne Commercial WA in November 2021 as a Commercial Property Manager engaged for a diverse portfolio of properties across the Perth metropolitan area.

Brooke is focused on strengthening the service to stakeholders with a focus on maximising income and return on investment for owners. She has strong financial and analytical skills that strengthen this service.

Along with the day to day operational functions of the portfolio, Brooke’s role encompasses a vast range of duties including tenant management, arrears collection, financial reporting, coordination of capital expenditure, lease administration, rent reviews and property inspections.
