Terry Menage is the Director and co-owner of Raine & Horne Commercial WA and a career property professional with over twenty-five years experience in commercial / industrial property. Before taking over the Raine & Horne Commercial business with Anthony Vulinovich, he was predominately active in the Northern Corridor of the Perth industrial market in sales and leasing for Colliers International and Chesterton International where he was employed at a senior level for over thirteen years.

As Licensee of the organization, Terry is now primarily responsible for the property management function of Raine & Horne Commercial as well as sales and leasing activities in the agency.

Terry has overseen the sustained and long term organic growth of the Raine & Horne Commercial business into what is now one of the recognised industrial property agencies,  for locally based WA clients, in the State.

Socially, he enjoys spending time with family, an annual pilgrimage to the Clipsal 500 V8 Supercars in Adelaide, scuba diving and motorcycles.
