1) Raine & Horne Conditions
2) The promoter is: Raine & Horne Adelaide City & Fairview Park whose registered office is at 102 Gilles Street Adelaide SA 5000. And Raine & Horne Salisbury located at 35 John Street Salisbury SA 5108.
3) The Giveaway is open to the legal owners as per the certificate of title of the subject property located within South Australia.
4) To be eligible for the Travel Voucher giveaway, the receiver must be either a Vendor of a Property Listed for Sale by Raine & Horne Adelaide City, Raine & Horne Fairview Park or Raine & Horne Salisbury. Or.
5) To Be eligible for the Travel Voucher giveaway, the recipient must the registered owner of a new rental property of which Raine & Horne Adelaide City or Raine & Horne Salisbury will be the new Property Manager.
6) The Sale of any property considered under this Travel Voucher Giveaway is considered valid if the conditions below are met: 
    a) The property is located within South Australia.
    b) The property is legally owned by the recipient of the travel voucher, and a fully authorised Sales Agency Agreement can be executed by that recipient.
    c) The professional service fee for the sale of the property is base amount of $7500 GST Inc or 2.2% GST Inc whichever is greater.
    d) The marketing fees for the sale of the property are payable upfront.
7) The Property Management of any property considered under this Travel Voucher Giveaway is considered valid if the conditions below are met: 
    a) The property is located within South Australia.
    b) The Property is legally owned by the recipient of the travel voucher, and a fully authorised Property Management Agreement can be executed by the recipient.
    c) The Professional service fees are per our standard agreement terms which are: 
         - 8.8% GST Inc Management Fee 24 month term.
         - Letting & Lease renewal fees as per standard management agreement.
 
8) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to participating recipients as soon as possible by the promoter.
9) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 
    a) The Giveaway is as follows:

    e) Access to Holiday 2 Go for 12 months value $349.
    f) Travel is valid for 24 months and is coordinated through a third party provider.
10) The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
