"I have worked closely with Anthony Vulinovich across a range of projects in both and acquisition and divestment capacity in the industrial and commercial property sectors.
Anthony has been integral in securing many of the larger development sites acquired by Linc since its inception including a 10Ha bulky goods site in Armadale Road Jandakot, a 40Ha industrial property in Landsdale and a 17Ha industrial land parcel in Gnangara.
In this regard, Anthony has always shown great resourcefulness and persistence in identifying and acquiring sites in locations where there is strong pent-up demand but land supply is tight and sites are difficult to source.
Similarly, Anthony's performance on sales has been remarkable, regardless of market conditions. Anthony has worked closely with Linc to refine development concepts to ensure that the product is well tailored to the market and has remained closely involved throughout the delivery and settlement process.
