Peter McCann

Peter is brand new to the Raine & Horne Family here in Townsville and has been tasked with helping establish the first Raine & Horne Commercial office north of Mackay. The commercial arm will operate out of the current Raine & Horne residential offices on Charters Towers Road.

Peter was born in Townsville and did all his schooling here, he has maintained strong relationships with his old boy fraternity to this day , he has been in sales and marketing most of his life and has taken on several high-level managerial roles as well as been a business owner in the auto industry. He plays an active role in the community as chairman of the board for the Townsville City Netball Association Inc as well as coach of the Townsville men's Volleyball representative side , his passion is for his family and the city in which he grew up and still calls home. 

 Having grown up in Townsville , Peter is well known throughout the region and between the motoring industry and his commercial real estate career he has more than a quarter of a century experience in sales and marketing in Townsville and its surrounds. 

Peter has a focus on the market , the clients wants and needs and a desire to offer the client a first-class agency transaction from initial contact to settlement and clients for life after that. 

With a fresh start and an all-new franchise in Raine & Horne Commercial, Peter and the team are looking forward to offering their clients complete customer satisfaction through customer follow up, innovative marketing technology and reporting exclusive to RHC and exclusive one on one client /agent interaction throughout the lease or sale journey.
