Nick Koenig

Since February 2008, Nick has been engaged in the selling & leasing of Commercial & Industrial Real Estate across Toowoomba, the Darling Downs & Surat Basin regions & has a high degree of experience in all facets of Commercial/Industrial Real Estate including sales, leasing & commercial property management.

Nick has a hands on approach & possesses excellent communication, negotiation & listening skills to bring his clients their desired outcomes.  Having been born & bred in the region, Nick has extensive local knowledge which he combines with the national strength of the Raine & Horne network.

Prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate industry, Nick has spent his entire career in the agribusiness sector; including owning his own agricultural properties.  Nick is extremely business community orientated & has a keen interest in local business development & growth which has seen his involvement in the local chambers of commerce, culminating in a 3 & 1/2 year stint as President of the Dalby Chamber of Commerce
