We used Raine & Horne for the sale of our commercial business building which in itself was a sensitive sale due to ongoing trading and potential unwanted media interest. From the initial meeting with Melanie we felt that she was an experienced professional who would be more than capable of navigating the marketing and sale negotiations and we were not wrong.
