Accidental Health & Safety was established in 1986, and is part of the Brady group of companies, which includes Seton Australia, Safety Signs Services, and Carroll Australasia. Accidental Health & Safety works with companies and organisations nationally to comply to Standards and Occupational Health & Safety legislation to ensure Australian workplaces are equipped with first aid and safety solutions to minimise hazards and accidents.

The business sources products suitable to various industries to assist workplaces with their health and safety requirements, such as first aid kits and supplies, defibrillators, resuscitation products, fire extinguishers, and signage.

A 2008 VE Holden Ute is included in the sale.

There are currently 35 to 40 distributors for Accidental Health & Safety in Australia and there are only two distributors in South Australia, 1) Adelaide Northern Run, and 2) Adelaide Southern Run. The owners of the Adelaide Southern run joined Accidental Health & Safety in July 2009.
