This online focussed wholesale hardware supply business has been in operation since the 1980s.

The business was originally formed following the sale of a small retail hardware store, with its early growth driven by supplying bulk hardware to South Australia's furniture manufacturing sector. Over time, the business expanded into supplying schools, TAFE colleges and other institutional customers, particularly within technology and design departments, supported by a strong reputation and long-standing relationships.

Today, it operates primarily as an online hardware supplier, offering a broad range of products including abrasives, adhesives, fasteners, hinges, sliding-door systems, kitchen hardware and electrical switches.

Customer acquisition and ordering are centred on two well-maintained, in-house websites and benefit from long term content curation, product structuring and page optimisation.

Operationally, the premises are fitted to support efficient warehousing and dispatch, including AS-certified shelving, 3-phase power, LED lighting, high-rise roller door access, an insulated office with split system air-conditioning, CCTV, an undercover truck bay and a 30kW solar system comprising 136 panels.

The business trades Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required, it can be operated by approximately 1.5 full-time equivalent staff.
