Luke Henry

Luke Henry is the National Retail Leasing Manager at Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services, responsible for overseeing retail leasing across the portfolio of managed centres in New South Wales and Queensland.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and is currently furthering his expertise through an MBA program. He brings a strong blend of global experience and commercial insight to the team, having spent the past six years with leading new energy companies Tesla and CATL in roles across sales, business development and account management.

During his three years with Tesla’s charging team, Luke played a key role in expanding the charging network throughout Australia and New Zealand. He successfully negotiated and delivered commercial property agreements with a diverse range of organisations, including publicly listed REITs, leading property developers such as Meriton, major Australian companies including Endeavour Group, high-net-worth individuals and local councils.

Luke’s strengths lie in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, relationship management and clear communication, enabling him to build strong partnerships between landlords and tenants. His global perspective and experience managing complex commercial agreements bring a fresh, results-driven approach to retail leasing at Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services.
