Kiara Tatum

Kiara joined the team in January 2023 as a Receptionist. Since becoming part of the team, she has demonstrated exceptional initiative and a strong ability to learn quickly, earning a well-deserved promotion to the role of Marketing Assistant.

In her current position, Kiara plays an important role in supporting the success of our retail and commercial property portfolios. With a focus on shopping centre and real estate marketing, she contributes to the execution of strategic campaigns and promotional initiatives. A motivated and adaptable professional, Kiara is enthusiastic about expanding her knowledge across commercial sales, leasing and marketing.

Her responsibilities are broad and dynamic — from collaborating with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all channels, to assisting with the rollout of innovative marketing programs for shopping centres. Kiara also manages website content, supports community engagement initiatives and builds relationships with local media and community groups. She holds an Assistant Agent Licence and is currently completing her studies toward her Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
