Hannah is a dedicated property professional who currently serves as Assistant Shopping Centre Manager for Maitland Central and Huntlee Shopping Centre at Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services. With a strong background in strata property, Hannah discovered a natural progression into shopping centre management and quickly developed a passion for the retail asset sector.
After gaining valuable experience on the management side, Hannah spent a period working within several shopping centres as a tenant with a growing hospitality group. This experience provided her with valuable insight into the retailer perspective, further strengthening her understanding of centre operations before returning to the team at Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services.
Based on site in Maitland, Hannah plays an important role in ensuring the centres operate smoothly and efficiently. Her responsibilities include responding to tenant enquiries, overseeing lease administration, managing end-of-month reporting and invoicing, and supporting the day-to-day management of retailers within the centres. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and property management expertise enable her to perform these responsibilities with confidence and professionalism.
Hannah’s experience from both management and retailer perspectives gives her a well-rounded understanding of shopping centre operations.
