Alicia is a highly experienced professional with more than 24 years in the commercial real estate industry, specialising in shopping centre management and retail asset performance. Known for her strong expertise in financial analysis and reporting, Alicia brings a depth of industry knowledge to her role at Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services.
Alicia first joined the team in 1999. Between 2010 and early 2017, she expanded her experience by taking on a key position with a prominent corporate agency in Sydney’s CBD, where she managed several suburban shopping centres. In 2017, Alicia returned to the business and now holds the position of Head of the Retail Asset Management Department.
In her current role, Alicia oversees the management of numerous neighbourhood shopping centres across New South Wales and Queensland. She works closely with landlords, centre managers and support teams to ensure efficient operations, clear communication and strong asset performance across the portfolio.
Alicia’s hands-on approach to retail asset management has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the role. Her experience spans legal and compliance matters, financial reporting, operational management, tenant performance, marketing strategy and lease negotiations. This broad expertise allows her to guide investment strategies, set operational direction and establish marketing objectives for the shopping centres under her management. Alicia has also successfully overseen a range of projects including shopping centre redevelopments, major capital works, future development planning, feasibility studies and asset acquisitions.
Renowned for her professionalism and strong work ethic, Alicia has built an outstanding reputation within the industry. Her communication skills and problem-solving ability allow her to build strong, productive relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Her contributions to the industry were recognised with the 2019 Property Manager of the Year – Commercial award at the Raine & Horne Commercial NSW State Awards. Alicia is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
