With over three decades of experience in Property Management, real estate truly runs in her blood. Growing up immersed in the business, in the back of the original (and first) Raine & Horne office outside of the metropolitan area in Ballina, watching her father run the business.

Whether it’s managing portfolios, nurturing client relationships, or negotiating
leases, Sandie brings a deep-rooted passion, a personal touch, and a bold voice
that clients trust. 

Now a proud Mother of four, "Mummah" to five grandchildren, and two energetic fur babies, she brings warmth, energy, and an unmistakable presence to the team. 

Having previously worked alongside Graeme Garrett and Luke Horton at the Raine & Horne House in Port Macquarie, she’s thrilled to reunite with old colleagues and join the expanded, dynamic team, more than a decade later.
