Rachael is a valued member of the Raine & Horne Port Macquarie Property Management team, bringing a strong foundation of industry knowledge and a genuine passion for customer service.

Beginning her career in real estate within reception, Rachael has progressed through dedication, study and hands-on experience into a key support role within Residential Property Management. She now works closely with the Property Manager Elly as a Field Agent and Personal Assistant, providing essential support across day-to-day property management operations.

Rachael is known for her organised approach, clear communication and ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants and trades alike. Her growing expertise in property inspections, maintenance coordination and client support allows her to contribute meaningfully to the smooth management of each portfolio.
