Repairs & Maintenance Portal
We have implemented a new system, myBuildings, for lodgement of all general repairs and maintenance matters for the properties we manage.
To access this system, CLICK HERE. Please utilise this portal to lodge all building related repair and maintenance issues.
If you are accessing this system for the FIRST time, please refer to the email sent to you regarding your unique login.

You will have the choice to add other people as authorised persons to raise matters via myBuildings. When you login using your unique login, myBuildings will generate a work request with your tenancy address and contact details. All you need to do is provide as much information as possible about the repair and maintenance matter so that we can select the most appropriate contractor and issue a work order, if required.
If a work order has been issued, you will receive an email with the Job Code Number and you can login and track the progress of the matter through the myBuildings portal.
Please refer to your lease prior to lodging any requests to confirm who is responsible for the repair or maintenance issue. Your lease will specify whether it is a lessor or lessee expense.
