Matthew joins our team after being employed by some highly respected independent, franchise, and international property practices.

Commencing in the Real Estate industry in the mid 1990’s, Matthew has developed a strong understanding of real estate at its foundation as well as portfolio asset management including leasing and sales.  

Specialising in the Commercial domain since the 2000’s and having experience with the GFC and Covid-19 pandemic across all asset class levels. This gives Matthew a true understanding of all markets.

Matthew’s goal at Raine and Horne Commercial North Sydney is to help clients and the property team make the most informed decision via a solid understanding of the desired outcome always ensuring your asset remains in safe hands.

Matthew believes that to be the best property asset manager you should be constantly learning to keep on top of all changes in legislation so the desired outcomes are achieved for all.
