Taryn Harden - Sales Associate to Nick Moloney

Having moved from Coffs Harbour irrefutably determined to undertake a rewarding lifelong career,  Taryn started her profession in Commercial Real Estate in 2012. When seehe began her position was of the Marketing Co-Ordinator and her main objective was to support both the sale & leasing teams. This role strengthened her knowledge and skills in both commercial property and successful marketing techniques whilst propelling her desire to excel within the industry.

She has since progressed to a role that sees her solely focused on the sales team. She is now responsible for collaborating market information, team performance and marketing data that allows the team a deeper knowledge of not only the Lower North Shore market as a whole but of each individual listing they undertake.  This awareness is also passed on to clients so they are able to make the most informed business decisions when it comes to  their commercial properties.

The goal of this role is to have a sales team who are not only knowledgeable and capable but also  impeccably  organised and a step above all other competitors. With service being at the forefront of her mind, Taryn is aware that all clients are important and that no one is too small to be looked after correctly. She believes that each individual is deserving of communication and it is her nature to ensure that all sale clients of Raine & Horne  Commercial are well reported to and aware of not only the sales stage that their property may be in but also the level of completion and success of their marketing campaign.

With a Diploma of Interior Design and a Certificate III in Property Services, Taryn brings creativity, attention to detail and proficient time management skills to our successful team of sales agents. She is reliable,  steadfast and is eager to continue to develop her knowledge of the industry and support the staff around her.

She is constantly looking for ways to make constructive improvements to procedures in order to streamline processes for both herself and the team. The common goal is to ensure the client gets the best level of service possible from the most proactive team possible.
