With an inquisitive nature, Nick has the initiative to seek market data and analyse it proactively and therefore is able to adapt his techniques to market conditions relevant to commercial property. This allows him to give an accurate and honest opinion on the potential sale or purchase values of properties throughout the Lower North Shore. The professional manner in which Nick receives, processes and expresses information is attribute to himself as an individual and as an agent.

During his working career Nick has held positions in the construction industry which saw him travel all over Australia, working in conditions which can only be described as punishing. The extended hours of working days, which were required in order to maintain a level of progress, regularly exceeded average
expectations, this is an attitude that he applies on a daily basis. He is not motivated by the clock but instead focuses on getting the desired results for his clients and is not satisfied until he has done so.
