A COMMON METHOD OF SALE WHICH TAKES AWAY A PURCHASERS PRICE OBJECTIONS WHILE ADDING TIME PRESSURE AND CONTRACT CERTAINTY FOR THE PURCHASER WHO COMPLETES WITHOUT VARYING THE CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER



This method is best used when;

• There may be some doubt as to the maximum price which may be paid
• You wish to fix the contract conditions of sale (although most parties place a non conforming Tender to not make the agreement binding)
• Time is an issue for completion of the sale
• Probity issues demand an open bidding process
