My Real Estate career began soon after finishing my schooling at Maitland High and some twenty three years later on I have gained experience & knowledge working in several areas of the real estate industry.
At the start my role was a property officer assisting with the management of residential properties in the Maitland area. It was great to get a start in the real estate industry and an excellent in road to learn the important aspects of the real estate industry. I am of the belief that by starting in a supervised role in property management only those with desire and commitment work their way up.
After 6 years in property management I changed my real estate focus onto residential and rural property sales. In this role I soon learnt the two most important aspects of selling residential and rural property is customer service & property knowledge. Commercial & industrial real estate is no different. Knowing the market I work and providing a service to my clients are my two main focus areas during the process of selling & leasing commercial or industrial properties.
I love what I do and since the change to commercial and industrial sales & leasing I love dealing with business people. Whether it is leasing a small industrial warehouse to negotiating a multimillion dollar investment property something within me gets me excited. I take great satisfaction away from my career knowing I have been able to achieve great results for my clients or have facilitated customers on their journey of business success.
Away from the office you will find me on the river or lake fishing in my kayak, mountain bike riding along bush trails with my young son or spending time catching up with my family and friends which are a huge part of my life.
